Quotes and pricing

Published rates and rate cards are general estimates only and do not constitute a price guarantee. A firm flat rate is confirmed for each job from photos or an on site walkthrough, depending on the work required, before booking. Only the confirmed written rate is binding, and the confirmed rate is the invoiced rate. Confirmed quotes are valid for 14 days.

Scheduling and access

Turnovers are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation for standard units, subject to availability; house cleanings typically within the same week; office programs per the signed scope. Access is arranged by lockbox code, key pickup or on site contact; access times are logged and the property is secured on completion. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted rate.

The Done Right Guarantee

If any item on the agreed written scope or checklist was missed, notify us within 24 hours of job completion and we will return and correct it at no charge. The guarantee covers scope items only and does not cover damage, wear, or conditions requiring repair rather than cleaning.

Payment

Invoices are issued on completion. Payment is due on receipt unless account terms have been agreed in writing for recurring clients. Recurring office programs bill monthly per the signed scope of work.

Insurance and liability

Revlantis LLC carries $1M in general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. Certificates of insurance naming your company as certificate holder are available on request. Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by these policies.
