Built to slot into your maintenance workflow
Revlantis does turnover and janitorial work for property management companies and multifamily operators across the East Bay. We answer the phone, we hit the scheduling window, and every unit comes back with documentation your owners can actually read. The operating promise is simple: on site within 24 to 48 hours of the move out, every unit worked against a written 61 point standard.
- COI within one business day, your company as certificate holder, $1M general liability
- Janitorial bond certificate on file
- W9 and California licenses in the packet, no chasing
- Net terms available for established recurring accounts
- Access protocols: lockbox or key pickup, access times logged per work order
- Photo documentation on every unit, time stamped, tied to a work order number
How onboarding works
- 1. Request the packet. One email, and the COI, bond, licenses, W9, rate card and checklist arrive within one business day.
- 2. Trial unit at a discounted rate. Give us one turnover. Walk it against the signed checklist yourself.
- 3. Portfolio pricing. If the work earns it, recurring accounts get locked portfolio rates and priority scheduling.
Why an owner operated vendor is an advantage
We're a newer company and we say so plainly. In practice it means Luis, the founder, is on every job, walks every unit before it's called done, and picks up the phone when your coordinator calls at 4 PM about a Friday move out. You're not routed through a dispatcher three states away.
"Your first turnover is priced as a discounted trial because I intend to earn a spot on your vendor list the only way that counts: by turning your unit faster and cleaner than whoever you're using now."
