Started by a property owner, run like an operation
Revlantis began with founder Luis's frustration as a Bay Area rental owner: cleaners who treated every job as a side job, missed windows, and left "clean" open to interpretation. So we built the company we couldn't hire: written checklists, documented jobs, flat rates confirmed up front, and the owner on the work.
Three programs, one standard
House cleaning for homes and townhomes runs by day alongside our rental turnovers, and office janitorial runs in the evenings so it never competes with the daytime schedule. Homes and turnovers run the 61 point checklist, and offices run a signed scope of work.
Luis is on every job
We're a newer company and we say that plainly. What it means in practice: Luis personally walks every job against its checklist before it's called done, and answers the phone when you call. Property managers testing us get their first turnover at a discounted trial rate, because a vendor spot should be earned on the unit, not on the pitch.

"Revlantis is a new company, and I'd rather tell you that than hide it behind stock photos of smiling crews. What new means for you: I'm on every job, personally walking every space against the checklist before it's called done."
"I own rentals here myself. I price turnovers, eat vacancy days and answer to the same math you do. This is the company I couldn't hire, so I built it."
