Three programs: house cleaning for homes and townhomes (recurring, one time, deep cleans), evening office and commercial janitorial, and move out or turnover cleaning for apartments, rentals and multifamily properties across the East Bay.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes: California business license, $1M general liability, and a janitorial bond. COIs are issued within one business day, with your company or building listed as certificate holder.
How fast can you schedule?
Turnovers within 24 to 48 hours of your call. House cleanings usually within the same week. Office programs start with a free walkthrough and a written monthly quote within one business day.
Are your prices guaranteed?
Published rates are general estimates, not a price guarantee. Every job is confirmed with a firm flat rate from photos or a walkthrough, depending on the work needed, and only the confirmed written rate is binding. The confirmed rate is the invoiced rate.
Who actually shows up?
Luis, the founder, is on jobs, walks the work against the checklist before it's called done, and answers the phone himself. You're never routed to a call center.
